Hot Honey Fruit Dessert
Warm enough honey to cover the bottom of a large sauté pan, over medium heat. Stir in:
1 - 2 TBS Doc's Peach Ember or to taste
Cut fruit (plums or any firm fruit) and place cut side down to absorb honey and sauce
When fruit is soft all around, raise heat to high for about one minute; toss continuously until fruit is completely coated and slightly caramelized
Reduce honey and sauce with fruit into a glaze
Serve with:
Ice Cream, Sweet Nuts, or whatever suits your fancy!
