Blazing Black Bean Dip

Heat the Beans

1. In Pot, cook just till cheese is melted:

16 oz. Organic Black Beans, rinsed and drained

3 TBS or more Doc's Reducer or Doc's Cool Nights

1 C. Grated Cheese (Monterrey Jack or Cheddar or combine both)

1 medium Tomato, diced

2. Using a hand blender, combine the black bean mixture with the following ingredients:

2 Garlic Cloves, chopped & mashed

2 TBS Red Onion, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Make the Topping:

3. Pour the bean mixture into a pie plate, and add the following to top it off:

1/2 Cup of Doc's Festive Tomatillo Salsa or 1 Red Bell Pepper,

chopped finely (may be roasted first)

1/2 Tomato, diced

2 TBS Red Onion, chopped finely

10 Black Olives, sliced

1 C. Cheese, grated

Optional: 1 TBS chopped Cilantro and 1/2 to 1 whole Avocado, chopped
