Broiled Garlic Shrimp au Gratin
Ingredients:
2 lbs Frozen Jumbo (or Large) Shrimp, deveined, thawed
1/2 C. Unsalted butter, melted
1/4 C. Olive Oil
2 TBS Coconut Flour
8 oz Fresh Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
4 Green Onions, chopped
4 large Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 - 1 fresh Lemon, juiced (to taste)
1 - 4 TBS Doc's Reducer OR Garlic Rush OR More My Speed
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 TBS Flat Leaf Parsley
Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475 degrees
Sauté shrimp in about 2 TBS butter and 2 TBS olive oil
Place Shrimp in buttered baking dish evenly side by side (You can place these evenly in Au Gratin dishes or one large baking dish)
Set aside
In sauté pan, heat remaining butter and oil and 2 TBS coconut flour or flour of choice, stirring until thickened
Add mushrooms, onions, garlic, lemon, salt
Pour garlic-butter sauce equally over shrimp; top with a generous sprinkling of cheese
Place shrimp in preheated broiler until sauce is bubbly and lightly browned, about 8 - 10 minutes
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
Serve Hot!
