Broiled Garlic Shrimp au Gratin

Ingredients:

2 lbs Frozen Jumbo (or Large) Shrimp, deveined, thawed

1/2 C. Unsalted butter, melted   

1/4 C. Olive Oil

2 TBS Coconut Flour

8 oz Fresh Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced

4 Green Onions, chopped

4 large Garlic Cloves, minced

1/2 - 1 fresh Lemon, juiced (to taste)

1 - 4 TBS Doc's Reducer OR Garlic Rush OR More My Speed

OR Spicy Island Jalapeno

1 tsp Sea Salt

2 TBS Flat Leaf Parsley

Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 475 degrees

  • Sauté shrimp in about 2 TBS butter and 2 TBS olive oil

  • Place Shrimp in buttered baking dish evenly side by side (You can place these evenly in Au Gratin dishes or one large baking dish)

  • Set aside

  • In sauté pan, heat remaining butter and oil and 2 TBS coconut flour or flour of choice, stirring until thickened

  • Add mushrooms, onions, garlic, lemon, salt

  • Pour garlic-butter sauce equally over shrimp; top with a generous sprinkling of cheese

  • Place shrimp in preheated broiler until sauce is bubbly and lightly browned, about 8 - 10 minutes

  • Garnish with parsley sprigs.

  • Serve Hot!
