Hot Honey Fruit Dessert

Warm enough honey to cover the bottom of a large sauté pan, over medium heat. Stir in:

  • 1 - 2 TBS Doc's Peach Ember or to taste

  • Cut fruit (plums or any firm fruit) and place cut side down to absorb honey and sauce

  • When fruit is soft all around, raise heat to high for about one minute; toss continuously until fruit is completely coated and slightly caramelized

  • Reduce honey and sauce with fruit into a glaze

 

Serve with:

Ice Cream, Sweet Nuts, or whatever suits your fancy!
