Pasta Veggie Primavera

Add to the boiling water:

1 TBS Salt

1 1/2 C. Ditalini, Elbow or any small shape pasta

Stir often so it doesn't stick together and cooked through (about 10 - 12 min)

Coat and heat about 2 TBS Olive Oil in another sauté pan, then add:

2 - 3 Large Cloves Garlic, minced

8 - 10 Plum tomatoes, cut into 2 inch cubes

Salt to taste

Ground Black Pepper 

Sauté a couple minutes together

 

Add Doc’s Sauce of Choice:

When pasta is cooked, add the tomato mixture

1 - 4 TBS Doc's Reducer or Doc's Garlic Rush or Doc's Jade Burst

Stir or toss to coat

 

Stir all ingredients together, below:

1 C. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded or Fresh Mozzarella (comes in a ball), cut into small cubes

Fresh Basil, 3 - 5 leaves, chopped

Variations:

You may add steamed Broccoli, Asparagus, Mushrooms, Carrots, Zucchini, Squash or any other veggie you love to eatBon Appetit!
